We took Dusty to the River last weekend. He had a blast! We spent the night at a friend's river house. When we got up EARLY the next morning, we went for a ride in the boat to check the jugs (the men were "jug" fishing). Then we went in the boathouse where daddy's friend Tommy taught Dusty how to hold his fishing pole & catch fish. He caught 2 right away. He caught some others later on in the day. He followed his daddy around all day long. If daddy went toward the boat, Dusty grabbed his lifejacket. If daddy laid on the pier to wash his hands, Dusty laid down right beside him. It was so cute. The men caught LOTS of big fish. Enough for everyone to eat some, but after the "cleaning" of the fish took place right in front of us, mommy lost her fish appetite & just ate hushpuppies & other sides. (Those poor fishies-mommy would rather her patients have anesthesia)
