Dusty was the lead off batter (just like his momma) & of course he is wearing his momma's number (12). He hit the ball on the first swing. The only problem was that he was just excited about hitting the ball & forgot to run. He finally did, but he got out at 1st. He didn't know that was wrong yet, so all was good. He smiled from ear to ear. Then they went into the field. He was on the mound for the 1st inning & had to wear his batting helmet. Every single ball was hit in his area & he got all of them. The only problem then was that he was excited about getting the ball & didn't figure out right away what to do with it. He got better though before the inning was up. The coaches were on the field telling them every move to make.
