Hey everybody, Just wanted you to remember that this is the day that the Lord has made and I will rejoice and be glad in it. I was directed to John 21:1-24. Jesus says about the widow woman who gave her last coins into the offering plate. Jesus says "All these people gave their gifts out of wealth, but her in her poverty put in all she had to live on". Her small gift was a sacrifice, but she gave it willingly. I believe that this goes with everything in your life. It can be very hard to do, but it is so fulfilling. Money is not the only matter here. Jesus was admiring generous and sacrificial giving- whether of money, time, or talents to a point beyond convenience or safety.I have to do better myself. I need to take an increased role in my Church. God has been working on me with that and I will choose to obey. The second thing the passage discussed was Jesus telling about the future. There was a common message: It is reassuring to know that even when we feel completely abandoned, the Holy spirit is still with us. He will comfort us, protect us, and give us the words we need. This assurance can give us the courage and hope to stand firm for Christ no matter how difficult the situation is ,we must stay close to God so that he can crush our enemies under his foot whether it be temptation or persecution. Lean on God, Lean on God, Lean on God. He is the only one who will pull you through some of life's tough situations.

Thank you Heavenly Father for another day to walk with you. I ask that you provide me the strength to get through any of lifes tough situations. I rejoice in your name and I rejoce in the fact that you offer eternal life to all those who will choose to accept it. Thank You for the wonderful support that you are still providing through yur children. Thank you for the philisophical conversations that lead to an opportunity to talk about you. It is so calming to bring up your name and the many blessings that you bestow upon your faithful. Lord I pray for my children adn I thak you for blessing me with them. I pray that they live for you everyday. Lord I ask you to bless my life beyond measure. You are an amazing and Powerful God. I have nothing to fear as long as I stand close to you. I pray for my family members that they find comfort in your loving arms.I pray for my church family. They are such a blessing to our lives. I pray that you work within all of us to so me may complete the tasks that you give us. I I pray for my work family as they have such a job of Godly importance. I pray that you supply all tools that they may need to bring up a child in the way he should go.I also pray for our nation to heal, but I'm so thankful that you have allowed me to live here. I ask that you answer all of the unspoken prayers. I love you so much and your love cannot be measured. Forgive me where I fail you and thank you for everything, the good and the bad, and I give it all up to you. amen
